Pink Battalion Fitness has a weekly schedule of training sessions which is included in your membership. They’re tailored to make real change and are not your cookie-cutter group fitness classes. You get the individual attention of a personal training session with a small bunch of supportive babes.

Your membership gives you access to any session, at any time you want. You can book a standing place in a session or if you have a crazy, hectic schedule where don’t know what you’re doing one day to the next, simply book a spot when it suits. All of our sessions take place at Pink Battalion Fitness HQ, indoors and air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

OVERVIEW OF SESSIONS

MUSCLE ACADEMY (MA) is the weight and strength training session that we’re best known for. Our sessions are intimate and tailored, giving you personal attention and guidance without the cost of one-on-one personal training sessions or feeling that you are lost in the crowd in a boot camp-style setup. Muscle Academy is suitable for women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. We also modify exercises for those who are injured. Each day we train a different body part, so over the course of the week you have worked a comprehensive variety of muscles. The exercises vary each week and the body parts vary on each day each week. This keeps your body guessing and challenged!

GLOW N GO is exactly what it says on the tin.  Sometimes you just want to get in, get a sweaty glow up and get the hell out to start your day. 

Glow n Go is a workout that involves a high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories over a shorter period to maximise your time in the gym.

Glow n Go involves high intensity exercises specifically designed to challenge the total body all in a tight half an hour session.


BOXING BABES is our one-hour group boxing class for babes who like to work up a sweat in a high-energy class. Led by a fully accredited boxing instructor. You’ll have fun getting rid of some built-up energy during our Boxing Babes sessions.

Our Boxing Babes sessions are ‘boxercise’ based classes - we do not run a female fight club.
Boxing Babes is a fun and challenging session where you will learn different punching combinations and kicking.

Boxing Babes is for all skill levels and is a perfect for anyone who loves to 'punch it out'!
